Sahabat Trail

The third trail to be built at KDCF. This trail was completed in 2013 and is around 2km long. Deeper inside the forest, this trail is designed to be more challenging for the users. Its a favourite amont intermediate to expert level mountain bikers. While erosion is lesser that the other 2 trail, maintenance is required mainly to remove the fallen trees or debris across the trails during the monsoon season. Parts of the trail also becomes muddy during this season mostly at the flat areas. Remedial work is required during the monsoon to ensure to minimise trail expansion and reroutes. Click here to see the map of the trail.

Scouts Trail
This is the first multi purpose and mountain bike trail. It is the most matured of all the trails at KDCF. The trail is around 2km long and it is one of the most popular trail with hikers, trail runners and mountain bikers. Due to the high traffic, these trails needs constant maintenance and during the monsoon season fallen trees and debris across the trail is not uncommon. Click here to see the map of the trail.

Petaling Trail

Petaling Trail is the oldest trail in KDCF. This trail is only for hiking and trail running. It circumnavigates the small lake at KDCF. It is positioned to be an interpretive trail as well. At only 900m in lenght the trail, maintenance is required mostly for minor tree falls during the monsoon season and also repairs to light structures like bridges and signs. Click here to see the map of the trail.

Temuan Trail
This is the second trail to be built and the most popular of all the trails at KDCF with the mountain bikers. The trail is around 2km long and. The terrain is moderately challenging with several interesting highlights like a rock bed with ground water and large trees. Due to the high traffic, these trails needs constant maintenance and during the monsoon season fallen trees and debris across the trail is not uncommon. Click here to see the map of the trail.
